You can use some of these in Growth Groups or alone:

Read through 1 Corinthians 15:1-28

In verse 14, Paul says our faith is useless without the resurrection of Christ.

  • If someone asked you, ‘Why is the resurrection important to Christians?’ how would you answer?
  • What differences should the resurrection of Jesus make to how we live our lives?
  • How do you feel about death and dying in the light of this passage?

Paul talks of passing on what he has received from others about Jesus (v3).

  • Who has passed on their Christian faith to you?
  • How are you passing it on to others?

What can I pray for?

  • Pray for Haiti – one of our Mission Partners, Tearfund, is working there. You can find out more and how to pray by clicking here:
  • Pray for the people of Afghanistan
    • Pray for those affected in the short-term and the longer term situation.
    • Pray for western nations that we would know how to respond
